Other fees: $5 per extra guest, pet or vehicle. Weekly rates $48-$57 per night. Monthly $650 (30 amp Standard) or $700 (Premium, Pond, Premium Plus), +$25/month for concrete patio sites; monthly includes basic Wi-Fi, electricity, water, sewer, trash. Monthly application fee $35/person or $55/couple, background check, $250 non-refundable site deposit; late fees $15 and $40 after 3-day grace; 3% card fee on monthly payments. Holiday/event pricing may differ.
