Long-term and snowbird stays

  • Background screening required for stays of 6 months or longer.

  • Cargo or utility trailers, boats and jet skis not allowed on sites; cargo trailers OK on pull-throughs if they fit the pad.

Pets

  • Pet pens must be free-standing and inside the site; pets never left unattended outside.

Rules

  • Children may visit up to 7 consecutive days with 30 days between visits; no children in amenities after 8 pm.
  • Quiet hours 10 pm to 8 am.
  • Raised, covered or screened fire pits allowed on sites.
  • EV charging allowed at site; stays under 30 days pay that site electric bill.
  • UTVs allowed; ATVs banned.
  • Washing an RV costs $10 and needs office permission.
  • No drones without written consent.
  • Only 2 cars per site.
