Winter monthly (Jan-Mar 2026) $2,490-$3,550; Dec/Apr monthly $1,690-$2,450. Store and Stay $390-$690/month. $500 weekly flat rate for a Standard site May-Nov. Multi-year long-term program with non-refundable one-time deposit.

  • Summer offers: stay 5 nights pay 3; $500 weekly flat rate on Standard site; 15% off daily for Florida residents; 20% off daily for military, veterans and first responders.
  • 10% off 3+ month stays paid in full at booking (booked before 6/30, must include Jan-Mar); non-refundable.

Long-term and snowbird stays

  • Winter: long-term reservations take priority, so daily, weekly or one-month winter bookings may be hard to get.
  • Multi-year (3-5 year) site program with non-refundable deposit; rent rises yearly by greater of 3% or CPI; occupancy capped at 180 days/year by county zoning with 30 days away before returning.
  • Subletting through the office splits rent 60% resort / 40% guest; otherwise subletting not allowed.
  • Anchoring Program lets approved guests leave their RV anchored on site off-season.

Rig rules

  • One RV per site; two vehicles allowed if both fit on the pad.
  • No commercial vehicles (including logo trucks/vans); no boats, trailers or off-road vehicles on sites.
  • Unattached screen rooms, canopies and tents prohibited.
  • RVs subject to management inspection and removal if below standard.

Pets

  • Up to three pets, no weight limit; nine dog breeds banned.

Rules

  • Quiet hours 10 PM-8 AM; visitors must leave by 10 PM; max 4 people per site.
  • Only propane or electric grills and fire pits; no wood fires.
  • RV washing allowed only in first week of arrival; then outside service with its own water.
  • Golf carts must be electric, registered with proof of insurance.
  • No drones, bird feeders, hanging laundry, oil changes or major repairs; max 5 potted plants.
  • Fire extinguisher required at each RV site.
  • Smoking only on your site or behind the clubhouse.
  • Lake is catch-and-release; no swimming or cast nets.
