Rig rules

  • RVs over 15 years old must be approved by the Board or manager (send pictures). Minimum RV length 25 ft. Motorhomes (Class A, B or C), fifth wheels and travel trailers only; no pop-ups, truck campers, vans or homemade conversions.

Other fees: Rates effective June 1, 2025 - May 31, 2026: Jan-Mar $145/day, $980/week, $3,100/month; Nov/Dec/Apr $100/day, $675/week, $2,200/month; May-Oct $69/day, $448/week, $1,300/month. Seasonal Nov-Apr (6 months + 1 week) $12,420-$13,860; off-season May-Oct 6 months $6,600. Plus 6% sales tax and 5% tourist tax (waived on leases of 6 months + 1 week or more), $4 booking fee, 3% credit card fee. Includes water, sewer, cable and electric up to $100/month (renter pays excess). Golf $20/round. Extra vehicle/RV parking permit $25 per 3 days.

  • Renters' mail can be sent to 1001 Silver Lakes Blvd and is sorted into a mailbox in the Silver Clubhouse.

Rig rules

  • Minimum RV length 25 ft; RVs over 15 years need Board/manager approval with photos.
  • No pop-ups, hi-lows, truck campers, vans of any type, or non-commercial bus/truck conversions.
  • Tow dollies, boats and utility trailers may not stay on the site; 2 kayaks per lot allowed.

Rules

  • No charcoal, wood or paper fires; propane grills and propane fire pits allowed; no tiki torches.
  • Quiet hours 10 pm-7 am; speed limit 15 mph; golf carts must be electric, no drivers under 16.
  • Portable canopies and gazebos not permitted; umbrella clotheslines only 7 am-7 pm.

  • Wi-Fi is free only in the two clubhouses; site Wi-Fi requires an outside provider at extra cost.
