Small new family-owned RV park on a working cattle and poultry farm about 6 miles off I-75 Exit 414 south of Lake City, with large 100 x 60 ft full-hookup pull-through sites. Short stays only: nightly, weekly or up to one month, no longer; no tents, no conversions, RVs under 15 years old.

- No RV 15 years or older (home page: manufacture year 2010 or newer). Class A, B, C, fifth wheels and travel trailers welcome; no conversions of any type.

Cancellation: Full payment at booking. Cancel one week or more before arrival: full refund minus processing fees; less than one week: payment forfeited. No-shows forfeit. No refunds after arrival or for shortened stays. No weather refunds except state-mandated evacuation.
Included in the rate: Rates based on four occupants; extra occupants $5 per person per day; six people maximum per site. One vehicle attached to RV included.
Other fees: Taxes and fees extra: daily $54.85, weekly $258.59, monthly $883.70 with taxes and fees. Additional vehicles (third license plate and up) $10/day each with management approval. Utilities (20/30/50 amp, water, sewer) included. No stays longer than one month.

Location and directions
- Six miles from I-75 Exit 414: US 441 north 0.2 mi, right on FL-238E at Dollar General, 2.2 mi, left on CR 245 (Price Creek Road) at blinking light, 3.4 mi, entrance on right.
- Use caution with Google Maps pin; look for the RV ENTER sign.
- After entering, take an immediate right to your site; when exiting, pull straight ahead and turn right along the fence line.

- Person registering must be 18+ and must occupy the site; cannot rent a site for someone else.
- Quiet hours 9 pm to 8 am; generators prohibited during quiet hours except power outage or extreme weather.
- No campfires, bonfires or open flames.
- No washing or maintenance of RVs or vehicles.
- Charging electric or hybrid vehicles is strictly prohibited.
- Non-RV-camping visitors not allowed on the property; no visiting dogs.
- Alcohol permitted on your site only; display or discharge of firearms prohibited.
- Do not feed or harass livestock (eviction without refund); farm uses hot-wire fencing.
- Turn electrical breakers off on departure.
