Other fees: Monthly: $750 back-in / $800 pull-through plus metered electric; +$200 if staying under 2 months; $75 electric deposit; $150 deposit if no registered tow vehicle. Late rent $5/day. Mailbox key replacement $25. Storage of trailers/boats for extra fee if available. No cable, phone or satellite on any site.
