Other fees: 3.75% credit card fee plus one-time $3.50 booking fee. $100 deposit for monthly sites (effective 9/1/2026). $50 background check per adult for stays 15+ days (waived with TWIC/DBIDS/TSA/military ID). Monthly electric over 800 kWh (50A) / 600 kWh (30A) billed at current rate. 3rd pet $20/month. Storage $150-$300/month. Fishing day pass $25 per adult.

Location and directions

  • For big or tall rigs from I-295 Exit 30 (Dunn Ave), turn right onto US 1 north about 2 miles and left on Old Kings Rd to avoid low tree limbs on the Dunn Ave zig-zag.
  • From I-95 south, avoid I-95/I-295 interchange via Yulee Exit 373, SR 200 to Callahan, US 1 south 7 miles, right on Old Kings Rd.
  • From I-10 east, Baldwin exit, US 301 north 11 miles, right on Ford Rd (becomes Plummer Rd), left on Old Kings Rd about 1 mile.

Sites

  • Big rig access with 80 to 100 ft pads; short-term pads are paved; monthly sites are compacted millings.
  • Not all sites have 30 amp anymore; 30-amp RVs must bring a 50-to-30 amp adapter.
  • Park may move you to a different site as needed.

Rates and fees

  • Price matching of any park within 10 miles with proof of advertised rates on equivalent sites.
  • Passport America 50% off short-term stays year-round with a 6-night minimum; book by phone.
  • Local resident (Duval, Nassau, Baker) 10% discount and Jaguars ticket holder 10% discount on short-term stays.
  • Monthly electric included up to 800 kWh (50A) or 600 kWh (30A); each site metered; overage billed at current rate.
  • Monthly late fee $100 then $1/day; rent due last Friday of prior month; proration cutoff the 20th.

Long-term and snowbird stays

  • Snowbirds welcome for winter month-to-month stays; Lakefront move-in special $50 off/month for 3 months through Oct 30, 2026.
  • Mail and packages delivered to a mailbox shelf by the office; no mail forwarding after move-out.

Rig rules

  • Towable RVs must have an owned truck able to tow them at all times (hurricane state).
  • All RVs must carry a 3 lb ABC fire extinguisher; RVs must be washed at least every 6 months.

Pets

  • No shock or beeper collars in place of leashes; no poop bags provided.

Rules

  • Quiet time 8 PM-8 AM; speed limit 5 mph.
  • Limit 2 cars per site (1 on small sites); utility trailers must go to paid storage.
  • Ground fires only at communal pit; raised metal fire pits allowed with hose ready, not in medium/high fire danger.
