Special events (Race Week, Bike Week, Coke 400, Biketoberfest) and rallies: full refund 90+ days out, $100 fee 60-31 days, no refund within 30 days. No refunds for early check-out.
Included in the rate: RV sites and lodging typically accommodate four guests; daily guest fee for each additional guest over four.
Other fees: Nightly rates only via online booking by date. Electricity not included for stays of 30 days or longer. Daily/weekly: deposit of one night rack rate. Stays of a month or more: one month deposit up to $750. Annual: one month deposit; $150 refundable site holding deposit. Fall 2026 offer: $99 for remainder of 2026 with 2027 annual site deposit. Early check-in/late check-out may be available for a fee.
