Other fees: 2026 rate $900/month all year for back-in lots; minimum 1-year stay, no short-term, daily or weekly rates. Application fee $55 and $1,030 security deposit for one-year lot rentals. Mobile home lots also $900/month on 1-year lease. Payment through Innago.
