  • Lots about 50 x 100 ft with concrete pads and ~20 ft driveways; room for a car plus golf cart/motorcycle or two cars.
  • No pull-through sites: Riverside, Lakeside and Creekside lots are pull-in; Woodside lots are back-in.
  • Every lot has a coach house (10x14, 10x16 or 16x24); renters of a month or more can pick a lot with a rentable coach house for an extra fee.
  • Reverse osmosis water purification system for the whole resort.
