  • Late checkout after 11:30 am costs $5 per half hour; after 3pm an extra night is charged.
  • Yearly standard site $7699 + electric; second year $641.59 per month.
  • Promotion: pool and amenities for $199 a week until November 1st; half off nightly stays for rallies.

Long-term and snowbird stays

  • No on-site RV storage October-March; off-season on-site storage needs a 6-month reservation and costs $90/month plus electric.
  • Mail is sorted at an on-site Mail Center and forwarded (under 12 oz, with your labels) for up to 6 weeks after departure.
  • Park models for sale; contact the office.

Rig rules

  • No tents or pop-ups.
  • Max 2 vehicles per site plus one electric golf cart; golf cart drivers need a driver's license.
  • Blocks required under leveling jacks on larger RVs (loaned by office with deposit); water pressure is high, regulator recommended.
