Other fees: Weekly and monthly rates plus electric (metered for stays over 6 days). Premium: $305 weekly, $826 monthly. 6-month Standard and Premium packages on Campspot (prices not shown). Storage fees for boats, trailers and extra vehicles. Long-term late fee $100 after the 5th plus $5/day.

  • Electric is metered and added for anyone staying longer than 6 days; park says it makes no profit on electric.

Long-term and snowbird stays

  • Transient RV guests may not continuously occupy the RV for more than 6 months in an annual term.
  • No one under 21 can rent in the RV section full time.
  • RVs staying all year must be anchored and skirted; units tied down when unoccupied.
  • Manufactured homes and park models for sale; bring your own home with manager approval.
  • Early departure of a month or more: re-rated, unused credit minus $150 admin fee for a future stay within one year.

Rig rules

  • Carports, screen rooms and other exterior additions not allowed on transient RV sites.

Pets

  • Max 2 pets, no weight limit; Doberman, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Chow and Pit Bull mixes banned.
