Cancellation: Daily/weekly: full refund 72+ hours before arrival, else 50 (daily) or 100 (weekly) fee. Monthly: 300 fee 90+ days out, 500 fee 30-90 days, deposit forfeited within 30 days. Annual: deposit forfeited within 30 days. Deposits: 50 percent for daily/weekly, 600 for monthly, one month for annual. No refunds for early departure.

Included in the rate: Rates include 2 people; 5 dollars per extra person per night; max 6 per site.

Other fees: Monthly 750 is summer (May-Oct 2026) standard lot. Winter 2026-27 standard: 1 month 1660 (Nov/Dec/Apr) or 1895 (Jan-Mar); 3 mo 4975; 6 mo 6285; 7 mo 6645. Lakefront: 1 month 2170/2595; 6 mo 8615; 7 mo 8995. Annual standard from 8320. Monthly stays pay metered electric. Site lock 100 for 3+ month stays. Taxes and fees extra.
