All rents include water, sewer and garbage. Application fee $50/person. Pet deposit $25/pet (refunded after management approval). Rent due on the 1st, $25 late fee after the 10th. Storage $60/month residents, $75/month non-residents, plus $2/ft per month for units over 30 ft.

- All guests must register at the office; only authorized vehicles and RVs allowed.
- Sewer ring required.
- No parking on grass; extra vehicles park in front of the main building.
- No clothes lines on trees, trailers or patios; umbrella clothes lines allowed with office approval.
- No tents without the manager's consent.
- Speed limit 10 mph; boats at no-wake speed in the canals.
- Remove vehicle and boat trailer from the island after launching your boat.
- Don't cut trees or drive nails or screws into them.
- Construction must be cleared with the office and properly permitted.
