Pets

  • Pets allowed
  • Limit: 2 pets for monthly/seasonal stays
  • No aggressive or dangerous pets; domestic pets only
  • Leash at all times. Vaccination records required on request, and pets need a collar tag or microchip. Pets can't be left tied outside alone. Not allowed in the lake, preserves, pool, bistro, bar or recreation areas. Dog parks and two dog wash stations.

Cancellation: All reservations carry a 10% cancellation fee. Cancelling less than 15 days before arrival forfeits the full amount. No refunds for no-shows, early departures, late arrivals, or weather, except a state-mandated evacuation.

Included in the rate: Monthly and seasonal reservations are limited to 2 adults and 2 pets.

Other fees: Summer rates start at $89/night (call to book). Extended-stay rates start at $109-$139/night depending on site type. Monthly and seasonal rates for 2026-2027 are by inquiry only, with no amounts posted. Lot rent includes water, electric, sewer, Wi-Fi and amenities. Full payment is due at booking. Monthly stays: first month charged at booking, later months charged 15 days before each month.

Location and directions

  • Quiet hours 9 PM-7 AM.
  • No campfires or fire pits on sites.
  • No washing vehicles or RVs. No clotheslines.
  • Plugging an EV into the RV pedestal is not allowed and results in a fine.
  • Golf carts: licensed drivers only, paved roads only. No ATVs or UTVs.
  • No drones, firearms or fireworks. No political signs or flags.
  • Visitors must be registered with the office or they are refused entry.
  • No swimming or fishing in the lake.

Amenities and services

  • Two laundry buildings open 7 AM-9 PM. Each has two bathrooms with showers.
  • Mail and packages accepted with advance notice. Items not picked up in 3 days are returned to sender.
  • On-site Bermuda Bar & Grill in the clubhouse serves burgers, sandwiches, cocktails and beer.
  • Pool, fitness center, pickleball and other amenities are included at no extra cost.

Activities and nearby
