Blueway is a Cove Communities RV park on US-41 in south Fort Myers, formerly called Shady Acres. It has about 375 shaded full-hookup sites around a small lake and takes daily, weekly, seasonal and annual stays. There are two heated pools and an active winter social calendar, but rates are only on the online booking engine.

Cancellation: Must be in writing. Daily stays: refund less 25% if cancelled 14 or more days out; no refund inside 14 days. Long-term (30+ days): refund less 25% if cancelled 30 or more days out; otherwise the deposit is forfeited. No refunds for no-shows, shortened stays or weather; weather dates can be moved within 12 months.

Included in the rate: Rates based on two people per site.

Other fees: Rates are only on the online booking engine, not posted on the site. Every reservation pays a $2 booking fee and a $3/day amenities fee. Stays of 30+ days need a 10% deposit, a utility deposit, and pay a 3% credit card fee. Stays of 15-29 days need a 25% deposit; under 14 days pay in full at booking. Electric is included for short-term stays and metered for long-term. Optional Kwikbit Wi-Fi is $9.95/day, $19.95/week or $49.95/month (FAQ). Rental cabins: $100 refundable deposit, $35 cleaning fee, $30/pet.
