Other fees: Prices only in the booking engine (vary by date). Metered electric at FPL rates for longer stays (FAQ: 14+ nights; rules: 15+ days). DirecTV package $40/month (month+ stays, select sites). Early arrival/late departure small fee. Storage extra. Returned check $50; late payment $75 after 3 days.

  • Laundry machines are not coin-operated; pay at front desk.
