Golf-focused RV resort in Madison near I-10 with 95 full hook-up 80 x 37 ft sites on concrete pads (pull-through, back-in, fairway and waterfront) and three cottages. Location and directions

  • Eastbound from I-10 Exit 241, do not take the first Captain Brown Road turn GPS gives; use the second entrance.
  • From Exit 251, ignore GPS if it says turn left onto 360a; go straight into Madison.
  • Look for the resort sign at the fork on Captain Brown Road and keep left.

  • All lots are 80 ft long by 37 ft wide with a 14 ft concrete pad and concrete picnic area.
  • Site selection is not guaranteed; staff try to honor requests.
  • Expanding to about 300 RV sites, planned for the 2026-2027 snowbird season; park model homes to be offered.

Rates and fees

  • Extra adults $10 per day; extra vehicles park free in the overflow lot.
  • Long-term rates exclude electricity; no camping club discounts on long-term deals.
  • Discounts for first responders and for active military and veterans.
