Condominium RV resort with 97 owner-owned full hook-up, back-in paver sites (20 on the canal) and a 36-slip marina in Cortez, 3/4 mile from Anna Maria Island. Sites are rented nightly (3-night minimum), weekly and monthly. Only like-new, RVIA rigs are allowed; no tents, pop-ups or truck campers.

Jan-Mar monthly stays must be full calendar months. Boat slips $25 day / $150 week / $350 month. Visitor fees: see office; 55+ day visitors free. Returned check $50.

Location and directions

  • From I-75 take exit 217 (SR 70), right at 75th St roundabout, left on Cortez Rd; resort about 2.5 miles on the right, just before the Bradenton Beach bridge.
  • No parking after dusk; if arriving after 7 PM do not enter the resort, come back after 10 AM next day. Do not self-park; a host escorts you.
  • Cortez Post Office 250 ft, Florida Maritime Museum 0.2 mi, Publix 0.8 mi.

Rates and fees

  • No boats or personal watercraft on the site except kayaks and dinghies; boat storage one trailer per site, boats max 24 ft.

Rules

  • Quiet time 10 PM-7 AM; speed limit 5 MPH.
  • No wood fires; LP gas fire pits only. No fireworks.
  • Washing and repairs only 8:30 AM-4:30 PM Mon-Sat; boats and trailers washed at the boat ramp for free.
  • Golf carts need proof of liability insurance; drivers must be licensed.
  • Adult lounge and gym restricted to age 14+.
