  • No converted buses, box trucks, semis or storage trailers; no soft-sided pop-ups, hybrids, truck campers or tents.
  • Once checked in you may not drive your RV in or out; Class B vans may come and go 7 AM-11 PM.
  • Many lots are motorhome only up to 45 ft; some limit trailers and fifth wheels to 35-40 ft.
  • No vehicle or RV maintenance except by an approved vendor.

  • Banned breeds: Bull Mastiff, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Rottweiler.
