Monthly $2,140-$4,275 summer, $3,520-$5,940 winter. 4-month and 6-month+1-day per-month rates: $1,965-$3,930 summer, $3,240-$5,465 winter (seasonal_usd = winter Standard per month). Metered electric with monthly rates. Add 12.5% site tax and 7.5% dock/storage tax; no tax on 6-month+1-day stay with site lease. Winter rates on holidays/special events with 3-day minimum. Extra vehicle $10/day, $60/week, $120/month. Boat dockage $2.75/ft daily to $18.75/ft monthly; trailer storage $3/ft/month; dolly storage $25/month. Good Sam 10% off daily rate.

  • No freestanding canopies; patio rugs must have hemmed edges; no astroturf.
  • Only American, state, sports team, pet and beverage flags may be displayed.
  • Boats, jet skis and trailers may not be stored on RV sites; separate storage for a fee.
  • RV repairs on site only in emergencies with manager approval.
