Other fees: All rates plus tax and booking fee. Monthly $1250 requires a minimum one-month stay. Daily/weekly paid in full at reservation. Holidays: 3-day minimum, rates may vary. $25 charge for an improperly connected sewer hose; $25 refundable deposit for a sewer adapter. Electricity usage fees mentioned for monthlies (meter read).
