Rig rules

  • Management reserves the right to refuse any RV older than fifteen model years unless it is a restored unit in good condition. Factory-built RVs only; no homebuilt, pop-ups, homemade pick-up or camper vans.
  • No tents

  • No dangerous breeds; no large animals.
  • Pets must be approved by management, on a 6 ft leash, cleaned up after, and attended outdoors; pens only on concrete patios. Dog park on site.

Cancellation: 7+ days before arrival: $50 admin fee only; under 7 days: deposit not refunded. No refunds for shortened stays or weather, except a free rebooking if the park is under mandatory evacuation for a hurricane or named storm.

Included in the rate: Rates are for 4 overnight guests; $10 per person per night for additional guests; max 6 occupants per site.

Other fees: All rates plus tax and booking fee. Monthly $1350 needs a minimum one-month stay. Daily/weekly paid in full at reservation. Holidays: 3-day minimum, rates may vary. $25 charge for an improper sewer hose connection; $25 refundable deposit for a sewer adapter. Electricity usage fees/meter reads mentioned for monthlies.
