Long-term and snowbird stays

  • No long-term availability; 5-month maximum stay.
  • Monthly stays run 1st-1st or 15th-15th; 2-month minimum for a monthly site in February.

Rig rules

  • No toy haulers, pop-ups or tent-type slide outs; no commercial vehicles.
  • Owner-occupied RVs only; proof of ownership of RV and tow vehicle in guest name; tow vehicle must stay on property; RVs towed in not accepted.
  • Non-RVIA compliant or non-self-contained RVs not permitted.

Pets

  • Park may turn away pets over 30 lb even with a confirmed reservation and deposit.

Rules

  • Quiet hours 9 pm-8 am; 5 mph speed limit; no open fire pits, screen rooms, outdoor refrigerators or window A/C units.
  • Washing RV or vehicle requires a $10 3-day permit ($25 if obtained after washing).
  • No visitor vehicle entry after the office closes; overnight visitors limited to 10 days/month (over 21) or 7 days (21 and under).
  • No mechanical repairs or oil changes, no clotheslines, no subletting.

Amenities and services
