A 55+ RV resort with 292 full hookup sites (30 and 50 amp, concrete patios), 2.5 miles from I-75 in Wesley Chapel. It takes nightly and weekly stays as well as monthly, seasonal and year-round residents, and runs planned winter activities. There are no tent sites, and dogs are limited to one under 35 lbs.

- Gated entrance; late arrivals should call ahead for a gate code.
- About 30 minutes to Busch Gardens and 90 minutes to Disney World; nearest Gulf/Tampa Bay waters about 30 miles.
