No refunds for early departure or shortened stays; no weather refunds except state-mandated evacuation.

Included in the rate: Two guests per site (two adults, one 55+). Additional guests age 18+ $20 per person per night.

Other fees: 2026-27 rate sheet; rates include water, sewer, trash, taxes and a 2.5% transaction fee. Daily (electric included): $82 May 1-Oct 31 2026, $93 Nov 1-Apr 30. Monthly (electric not included): $954 May-Oct 2026, $1,128 Nov 2026-Apr 2027.
