Weekly stays up to 50% off and monthly up to 70% off nightly rates (participating resorts). Visitors $10/person/day short-term or $150 seasonal pass (annual guests: first 14 days free). Extra vehicle $10/day or $150/year. Early check-in or late check-out $30. Site relocation for seasonal/annual $250. Late payment $50. Resale transfer fee $1000. Gate card replacement $25.
