No refunds for no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

Other fees: Monthly rates do not include electricity. Firewood $6 small / $10 large bundle. Annual guests: $25 late fee on the 4th plus $5/day after. $50 speeding fine (second offense) and $50 pet-waste fine.

- Annual guests may host two guests for seven days, twice per year.
- Monthly rates do not include electricity.
- Site improvements need park approval and any required Sarasota County permit posted before work.
Rules
- Gated park; meet visitors at the gate, the gate code is for registered guests only.
- Valid ID required for all guests over 18; only registered guests may stay.
- Speed limit 5 mph; one warning then $50 fine. No one under 18 may drive a golf cart.
- Quiet time 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
- Fires only in a fire pit (buy or rent at office); no fires during Sarasota County red flag warnings.
- Two vehicles per site; trailers and boats not allowed on sites; storage available for a fee.
- No tents, permanent fences or clutter on sites; one screen room allowed; nothing attached to trees, including hammocks.
- No swimming except in the pool; alligators and snakes near the water and trails; feeding wildlife gets you removed.
- Fireworks and firearms prohibited.
