  • 10 mph speed limit for all vehicles, golf carts, e-bikes and scooters; golf carts need licensed drivers.
  • E-bikes and scooters must be registered at the front desk and display a sticker; low-sitting mini-bikes banned; lights required after dark.
  • Quiet hours 10pm to 8am.
  • One vehicle per site; second vehicle $5/day where space allows; untagged vehicles towed.
