Rig rules

  • RV units 12 years old or older must get management approval; photos may be requested. No tarps, plywood, mold, Bondo or painted-over signs. FEMA trailers, park models and construction trailers not allowed.

  • Limit: Maximum 2 dogs/cats (more needs manager approval)
  • No Pit Bulls/Staffordshire, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Cane Corsos, Bull Mastiffs, Huskies, Canary Mastiffs, Dogo Argentinos, Dobermans, Chows, or any aggressive dog
  • No pet fees. Fenced dog park. 6-ft leash, no electronic leashes. No pet cages or dog houses; small approved fences under 2 ft allowed.

Arrival

Cancellation: Daily: refund less $10 if cancelled 48+ hours before arrival, none after. Weekly: 48+ hours before, refund less 50%; none after. Monthly: 2+ weeks before, refund less $100; otherwise forfeited. No refunds for no-shows or early departure; no weather refunds except state-mandated evacuation.

Other fees: Electric and Wi-Fi included in every rate; additional fees and taxes apply. Winter stays also $595/month. Card processing fees (cash/ACH no fee). $50 if staff must clean up after pet. Storage for extra trailers/boats, rates from management. No pet fees.
