A large family-owned beachfront campground on Miramar Beach, run as a campground since 1968. It has 215 sites: 16 beach front sites on the sand (water and electric, pump-out service, no pets) and full-hookup sites behind them. There are two pools, a hot tub, a water slide, winter activities for snowbirds, plus cabins, glamping tents and a Beach House. Rates are not published online.

Other fees: Rates are not published. Non-refundable reservation fee of two nights' rent per week of stay (stays of 1-2 nights pay in full), applied to the stay. Beach front pump-outs free every other day, extra $25, emergency $45. Own electric golf cart $5/day. Cabin pets $25/day or $125/week. $50 fine for ashes left in the sand.

Location and directions

  • No fireworks, no drones, and no deliveries inside the park.
  • Bring your own above-ground fire pit; the park provides none. No fires on the beach.
  • Washing vehicles at sites is prohibited. Use the pressure washer behind the store.
  • Screw-in sewer hose connections are required.
  • Only electric golf carts. Carts are not allowed on US 98 or sidewalks.
  • No boats: no launch, no room at sites, no boat storage.
