Other fees: Holiday surcharge of $10/night for Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day, with a 3-night minimum on those holidays. Rates plus tax. Monthly and seasonal sites plus metered electric. Seasonal fees include site fee, metered electric, site security deposit and gate card deposit. Gate cards require a deposit. Golf cart registration $25 per season. Day visitor $4 ($6 on holidays); overnight visitor $8 ($10 on holidays); seasonal visitor pass $150.
