Collins' Bay is a 60-lot waterfront-and-wooded RV and Park Model community on Barton Lake near Fremont, Indiana, operated on an annual lease basis. Each site includes water, sewer, garbage pickup and a 10x20 patio slab, with 2026 annual rates of $3,400 to $3,600 and reservations required.
