  • A trailer 20 years or older cannot stay at the campground once it is sold.

  • Dogs must be leashed or tied, owners must clean up after them, and dogs cannot be left unattended at the site. A dog that barks a lot can be banned.

Cancellation: No refunds of any kind. Site deposit forfeited if unpaid by Oct 1; property must be removed by Nov 1.

Other fees: Electric billed monthly, due on the 1st, $10 late fee after the 5th. Outdoor storage from $50/month. Extra boat $30/month. Indoor storage full.
